Poppie's Cattery

Poppie’s Cattery — a purpose-built luxury cattery set in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by the countryside on the edge of Golden Cross in East Sussex. Ideally located, we are easily accessible from Hailsham, Uckfield, Eastbourne, Lewes and the surrounding areas.

Our cattery comprises 10 spacious, thoughtfully designed lodges, each offering comfortable indoor accommodation and large outdoor runs. Suitable for both individual cats and family groups, every lodge is fully insulated and fitted with thermostatically controlled heating to ensure comfort year-round. For the warmer months, we also provide fans and air conditioning to keep your cat cool and comfortable.

All our guests enjoy calming views of our garden, which attracts a variety of visiting wildlife, including birds, rabbits, squirrels, and even the occasional deer—creating a relaxing and enriching environment throughout their stay.

At Poppie’s Cattery, our priority is to provide a calm, engaging environment where cats can feel at ease and content. As the owner, I personally care for every guest, taking the time to get to know each cat and making sure they feel safe, loved, and truly at home. I care for every cat as if they were my own, so you can relax knowing your pet is in kind and familiar hands throughout their stay.
